IDS.com’s history predates their 2 years in business under the IDS.com's flag. Their brand identity was the result of two well-known statement and print production operations merging to better serve their target market of credit unions, banks, and municipalities.
When IDS.com approached us, their current brand didn’t convey the shift in their company's vision. With emerging technologies, IDS.com became an expert not only in print fulfillment to their clients, but mobile baking and dashboard statement management services for end-users. Rebranding their organization meant a complete overhaul of their digital presence and all supporting sales and marketing collateral.
The design of the new logo portrayed IDS.com as an advanced technology provider. Although a large portion of their business is dedicated to print, the unique service that they actually offer to their customers is a data driven solution.
After the logo was designed, we needed to approach and adjust the company's messaging. We focused on the problems that they solved for their customers, while making the overall brand more approachable. Thus, the calling card “Let’s make a statement with our partnership” was born. This tag-line succeeded in incorporating their service of statement production while stating a promise to the customer - when you hire IDS.com, we treat you as a partner in our business, it’s that simple.
We developed a website with the new branding that was focused on new customer acquisition. The website was fully optimized for SEO, and had access points for users to log-in to IDS.com’s proprietary web portals. We utilized the video footage we shot and subtle animation to create a dynamic, user-friendly web environment. Upon launch, we simultaneously updated their social media presence with the new brand, and began pushing out organic content through multiple social platforms.
We updated all marketing collateral for the company including video brochures, business cards, expo booths, supporting banners, email signatures, business cards, and more. Given the opportunity to handle the entire brand through this transformation resulted in complete brand cohesion across all marketing channels.
