Lotus Gardenscapes wanted to rebrand their online presence and increase lead generation through their website.

Project Overview

The Problem

Their website at the time did not properly articulate the value of working with Lotus and was not converting enough leads for their business.

The Solution

Design a new website that guides the user through an engaging website experience, ultimately leading them to book an appointment with Lotus.


Through a process of interviewing Lotus and understanding their business goals, we invested time in creating content and a design that followed the StoryBrand framework. The majority of the focus on the website would be about our visitors' dream landscape, and how Lotus can be their guide into making this a reality. We developed a custom lead capture called the Lotus Dream Builder that allowed the end-user to start building their dream landscape online and automatically booked a time for a Lotus employee to come to their home for a consultation.
