Clearing Browser Cache

Troubleshooting Visual Issues

If you encounter any visual issues with your website, such as incorrect displays or missing elements, we recommend clearing your browser cache as a first step. Often, cached data can cause outdated or incorrect information to appear. For help clearing your cache, please refer to the information for your specific browser below.


Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select “More tools” > “Clear browsing data.”
  3. Choose a time range (we recommend “All time”).
  4. Check “Cached images and files.”
  5. Click “Clear data.”

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click on the three-line menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select “Options” > “Privacy & Security.”
  3. Scroll down to “Cookies and Site Data” and click “Clear Data.”
  4. Check “Cached Web Content.”
  5. Click “Clear.”

Safari:

  1. Click “Safari” in the top menu bar.
  2. Select “Preferences” > “Advanced.”
  3. Enable “Show Develop menu in menu bar.”
  4. Click “Develop” in the menu bar and select “Empty Caches.”

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select “Settings” > “Privacy, search, and services.”
  3. Under “Clear browsing data,” click “Choose what to clear.”
  4. Check “Cached images and files.”
  5. Click “Clear now.”

If you still experience issues after clearing your cache, try accessing the website on your phone while disconnected from Wi-Fi networks.
